General Terms and Conditions
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders placed via our online shop EUNITE by consumers and businesses within the European Union.
2. Contracting parties, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with [Your company name / EUNITE], represented by [First/Last name], [Address / Registered office], [VAT ID number if available].
By placing the products in our online shop, we submit a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. The contract is concluded when you accept a binding offer by clicking the order button. Confirmation of receipt of the order will be sent by email immediately after the order is submitted.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices include VAT (where applicable) and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.
The following payment methods are available:

4. Delivery
Our products are custom-made on demand. Delivery time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on the product and country of destination.
Shipping is via our printing partners from various European locations.
5. Right of withdrawal
Since these are individually printed products (print-on-demand), there is no right of withdrawal according to Section 312g Paragraph 2 No. 1 of the German Civil Code (BGB).
However, if the product is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly delivered, please contact us within 14 days – we will arrange a replacement or refund.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
7. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
8. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intentional misconduct and gross negligence. In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations and for typically foreseeable damages.
9. Data protection
Your data will be processed exclusively in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Details can be found in our [privacy policy].
10. Applicable law
The law of the Federal Republic of Germany or the law of the country in which you are resident applies, unless mandatory consumer protection regulations conflict with this. The contract language is German.
